Abstract   Measurements on a LV distribution grid section equipped with smart meters have shown that photovoltaic energy production has an impact on power line communication systems. An interferences analysis method based on simulations with frequency scans of equivalent circuit models of the LV grid section, including active infeed converters, mains communicating systems and loads is presented. The proposed method is described and evaluated with simulations and measurements realised on a simple laboratory setup.
